If this does not make you have a second look, we don’t know what will. She really is a beautiful little MG dressed beautifully in blue.
This is the best example of a MGTD we have encountered being fully restored front to back. The engine is the original 1250cc engine with its manual transmission. She is mechanically in excellent condition. An electronic ignition was fitted. She runs just as an MGTD should. Perfect for those low speed short trips!
An MGTD workshop manual & Lucas electrics manual is sold with the car.
The original jack & roof frame are also available and is partly restored. New Egyptian cotton & windows available, but not fitted.
The interior is superbly clean and well finished. All the gauges work as intended. Once your are inside and your shoes are taken off, she is easy to drive!
The paintwork is in very good condition as she was repainted as part of the restoration.
This is for sure one of the best TD’s out there.
