For this lengthy restoration which was commissioned by the only SA owner, all parts and spares were sourced and supplied by Tim Kidder from K&K Manufacturing.
The restoration was done locally in SA and was supervised by the owner to make sure all was done according to factory specification and quality. This is reasonably stating one of the best restorations SA has seen. After the body-off rebuild the car received a ceramic coating to protect and preserve the immaculate paint job.
The feeling when getting in and driving this car is incomparable to anything else. As comfortable as you would expect and in perfect condition. The hard and soft top is excellent. She was also the 2010 Mercedes Concourse winner and is in the same condition as she was then.
