Description

One owner from new. Sprint Blue. Six-speed manual transmission. And a documented 357 kW at all four wheels.
What a car.
Delivered new to its sole owner in March 2007, this right-hand-drive B7 RS4 Avant has travelled just 96,665 km. It retains the practicality, appearance and everyday usability that made the original RS4 Avant so special, but beneath the factory-standard exterior is a properly developed high-performance package.
The 4.2-litre FSI V8 is fitted with a PES Whipple 140AX 2.3-litre twin-screw intercooled supercharger system, upgraded high-pressure fuel pumps, custom engine management and Cool Boost water/methanol injection. An RG Motorsport/Dastek dyno report records 357 kW at the wheels at 7,000 rpm with octane booster. Peak torque is approximately 695 Nm, while estimated output at the engine is around 500 kW. The measured wheel figure is the documented result.
Supporting upgrades include a full custom TechniFlow exhaust, Bilstein suspension, VARI braking system with braided hoses, SPEC performance clutch, R8 coil packs, K&N filtration and a SportShifters short-shift assembly. The clutch and full carbon clean were completed approximately 2,000 km ago.
Importantly, this was never intended to become a stripped-out racing car. The conversion was developed over many years by RGM and the car was used as a daily driver for approximately six years after the major performance work. It remains remarkably OEM-like in character, with its six-speed manual transmission, permanent quattro all-wheel drive and full Avant practicality intact.
Audi South Africa maintained the car for its first seven years under the original and extended Motorplan. Thereafter, RGM and subsequently SG Motorsport continued its annual servicing, development and maintenance. It has also undergone extensive front-to-rear preventative refurbishment covering the engine, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brakes, hoses, electrical components and underbody systems.
The car has never been involved in an accident or suffered structural damage. Approximately four years ago, the exterior was professionally resprayed in its original Audi Sprint Blue purely as a cosmetic refurbishment. The interior remains substantially factory original and presents beautifully, with the front seats professionally re-leathered. A Kenwood multimedia system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is fitted.
The original books and owner’s manuals, main and spare keys, Audi head unit and original gear-shift components accompany the car. Two unopened bottles of NF Octane Booster are also included.
A full list of all work completed is sold with the car.
The engine number matches the papers.

★★★★★ - A True Sanctuary for Classic Car Enthusiasts I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wat Swaai Jy and was absolutely blown away. This isn't just a dealership; it's a museum where every car tells a story. From impeccably restored muscle cars to perfectly preserved European grand tourers, their inventory is diverse and of the highest quality. What truly sets them apart is the expertise and genuine passion of the staff, not only about the mechanics and history of the vehicles but also about the provenance and market value. There was zero pressure—just honest, excited discussion about classic cars. If you're serious about finding a rare, high-quality classic, or just want to spend an afternoon admiring automotive history, Wat Swaai Jy is the definitive place to go. A truly world-class operation.
